Mary Spencer is a certified Collective Equity consultant with over 30 years of experience in the educational field. She previously worked as a Teacher-Leader and School Administrator, leading various departments, implementing educational processes, facilitating programs, and presenting at leadership conferences. As a retired administrator, she continued her involvement in education as a Leadership Coach in DeKalb County, Gwinnett County, and Henry County Schools as well as an online instructor with Corwin. As a passionate learner and leader, Mary continues to bring her love for education and knowledge of educational processes to improve student achievement.
