Jeff Bonine, Ed.D. currently serves as a Teacher Leader at Health Science High and Middle College (HSHMC) in San Diego, California, and is also an Adjunct Professor at San Diego State University and Cuyamaca College. Prior to these roles, he has extensive experience in education, including administration, teaching secondary science, post-secondary science and health education, middle school and high school leadership, supervising teacher candidates, and leading Professional Learning Communities (PLCs). Jeff is a NOYCE Master Science Teaching Fellow and a proud member of HSHMC’s science PLC, which won the Shirley Hord Teacher Learning Team Award in 2019 for the impact of their implementation of literacy strategies in science. His educational background includes a Doctor of Education degree.
