She has collaborated with partner educators across the US and internationally to deliver tailored support for their educational initiatives and has served as a consultant, state education specialist, school district leader, college instructor, and ELA teacher. Bethany holds a master’s degree in reading/literacy and a certificate of advanced study in educational leadership.
