Schools are filled with programs and initiatives—some high performing, some compulsory, and some with materials still shrink-wrapped in their original packaging. Some work, and some don't.
In this webinar, we’ll tour the landscape of school-based initiatives with stops to share strategies for needs assessment, initiative design, and program evaluation. Intentional initiative design leads to predictable results. But it also requires initiatives based on needs and strengths, dedicated time to produce something of quality, and careful implementation… including the use of evaluation to fine tune the initiative over time.
