This five-hour course introduces you to the concept of having hard conversations. You will:
- Discover what hard conversations are
- Learn why they play an important role in the lives of educators who endeavor to make schooling and learning a safe and successful experience for students.
- Take the initial steps to prepare for a hard conversation.
- Outline a real hard conversation.
This course may be taken by individuals as a self-paced, independent study, or by groups of educators as part of a school or district cohort.
