Tracey Lawrence is the Acting Headteacher at Danemill Primary School where she leads the Behaviour module for the Inspiring Leaders SCITT programme ~ inspiring new teachers to put the sensitive & effective management of behaviour at the core of their teaching. Out of school, she volunteers with a group for adults with Special Educational Needs, providing opportunities for them to develop their organisational, social & creative skills as well as fundraising to keep the group running.
