  • Implement leadership and instructional practices at your school / district level that impact student learning.
  • Connect the research and applied practices from area schools to identify actions for implementation at your local level.
  • Assess PLCs as an effective improvement practice to accelerate teacher collective efficacy through classroom practice, roles and expectations about student outcomes.
