Nivia began her education career as a high school English and ELL teacher in a highly diverse, low socio-economic school in Orlando, Florida. While teaching she earned her Masters in Education and learned the value of Teacher Collaboration and Student Feedback for accelerating student learning. She became a literacy consultant specializing in Professional Development for high school teachers. Over the last 15 years Nivia worked with Pearson and NWEA as a sales leader helping districts find meaningful solutions for their schools. Nivia recently joined Corwin as the Senior Account Manager for Northern California, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah and Arizona. In her role she works closely with school districts by identifying their professional development needs and matching those needs with a Corwin authors and/or consultant. Nivia lives in the Sacramento area with her husband of 15 years and their two sons.

With over a decade of experience in consultative sales and business development within the K-12 industry and nonprofit sector, Kelly takes pride in developing long-term impactful professional development solutions that ultimately improve student achievement from the boardroom to the classroom. A lifelong learner dedicated to understanding her clients’ unique needs, Kelly is passionate about implementing globally renowned research and best practices with schools and districts throughout her territory. Kelly holds an M.B.A with an emphasis in Leadership Development from Regis University in Denver, a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication and a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Northern Colorado. In her spare time, Kelly is an outdoors enthusiast embracing her native state with summiting over half of Colorado’s beautiful 14er’s, running in half marathons, and hiking every trail she can find with her fun-loving, albeit mischievous, pups, Hans and Molly.

Liz is the Regional Sales Manager for the West and Midwestern US, providing coaching and leadership for the West Coast Senior Account Managers as well as working closely with her own clients in the Midwest and Hawaii. Liz enjoys working with leaders and educators to strategize ways to replicate and expand upon their successful practices, as well as collaborating around solutions for professional learning growth and maximizing impact on student learning. Liz holds a Colorado K-6 teaching license, earned a BA in English/Literary Studies from the University of Denver, and attended graduate school at the University of Colorado at Denver for Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in K-6 literacy. Liz is a Denver native, mom of two active boys, diehard Broncos fan and dedicated yogi.

Craig has much to be thankful for as a husband and proud father of two daughters ages 7 and 4. Hailing from a family of educators, prior to joining Corwin he dedicated 13 years of his professional career serving students and families as a teacher and coach, assistant principal, and principal. He considers it a tremendous responsibility and reward to help educational leaders design comprehensive professional learning plans that significantly impact teaching, learning, and leadership.
Craig resides in the vibrant city of Austin, TX, and enjoys recharging by playing tennis and spending time outdoors with his family. True to his New Orleans upbringing, Craig also loves live music, great food, and festivities of all sorts.

A 25 year educational publishing sales background serves Kathy well as she partners with school districts to raise achievement for all students. Kathy has built strong relationships with key decision makers in her territory through consultative selling and on-going support of district initiatives. She lives in the Greater Boston area with her husband and three children. Her second avocation is landscape and garden design. (She belongs to a Book Club now in its 18th year...)
