York-Barr, Jennifer

Jennifer York-Barr

Jennifer York-Barr received her PhD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her development, research and teaching has been grounded in partnerships with schools and school districts. Her early worked focused most specifically on creating classroom communities in which students with various exceptionalities were included. That work grew into a broader focus on growing school communities grounded in conversations that support ongoing reflective practice and learning.

Janice L. Yost

Janice Yost has Masters Degrees in both Educational Administration and Mathematics earned from the University of New Hampshire and Adelphi University, respectively.  She is presently the Principal of Rye Junior High School and has worked in the field of education for over thirty years.  During that time, she has taught from sixth grade through college, been an administrator in the middle school setting and an interim administrator in both the high school and primary school environments



Grover C. Young

Grover C. Young is an experienced teacher, school administrator, and coordinator of gifted programming and staff development. He has worked with schools and businesses in the areas of creative productive thinking, talent identification and development, and performance-based learning and assessment. Young has also been actively involved in research and writing on the characteristics of creativity and on talent development among youth orchestra members.

Paul G. Young

Paul Young, PhD, a retired elementary principal, is currently the Executive Director of the West After School Center in Lancaster, Ohio. He began his career as a high school band director and then retrained to become a fourth grade teacher before advancing to an elementary principalship in 1986.
