Kathy Lynn Scott, PhD, is the Center Administrative Analyst for the Center for Teaching and Learning at California State University, Northridge. Kathy was trained as an old school darkroom photographer, but she fell in love with all things to do with education.

Diane B. Scricca is presently the assistant superintendent for curriculum, instruction and grants for the Glen Cove City School District after having served as the principal of Elmont Memorial High School for 13 years. Widely recognized for her extraordinary leadership, she has been honored as both the Supervisors and Administrators of New York State and NASSP New York State Principal of the Year and was a NASSP National Principal of the Year finalist.

Victoria N. Seeger is a former classroom teacher. A veteran public school teacher of 14 years, Seeger is now a literacy coach for a large school district in Topeka, Kansas, as well as an adjunct instructor at Washburn University in Topeka. She and her colleague Rita A. Moore have worked continuously together since 2001 on research including professional development schools, classroom research for teachers, and RMA, from which they have coauthored several articles.
