Sarah J. McNary is currently teaching a credit recov-ery program for the San Dieguito Union High School District in Southern California, where she is also the district’s consultant for special education working with the Beginning Teacher Support and Assessment (BTSA)/Induction program. She is a faculty member in the Masters of Education program for the University of Phoenix.
William R. McNeal became executive director of the North Carolina Association of School Administrators in July 2006 after retiring from his position as superintendent of the Wake County Public School System in Raleigh, North Carolina. In his current role, he leads the membership association that serves almost 7,000 public school administrators from all 115 school districts in North Carolina.
Margaret A. McNutt has over 20 years of experience in both public and private education at all grade levels. Her roles include classroom teacher, administrator, curriculum developer, and technology designer. Margaret serves as a consultant to schools regarding staff development, student achievement in all subject areas, and technology design. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a Master of Arts degree in Education from Austin College, Sherman, Texas.
Melanie Meehan has been the Elementary Writing and Social Studies Coordinator in Simsbury, Connecticut since 2012. Within that position, she gets to develop curriculum and assessments, coach teachers, and work with students to send them off into the world as confident writers who love to express their ideas.
