SueMaguire, North Bennington, Vermont, has been an educator since 1977, a teacher for 15 years, and an administrator for 10 years. She is currently the principal at Molly Stark School in Bennington, Vermont, and is an adjunct instructor in graduate administration courses at Massachusetts College of Lib­eral Arts in North Adams. She lives with her husband, Greg, and their two chil­dren, Chris and Kara.

Ronald Mah

Ronald Mah, an educator and licensed marriage and family therapist, has worked in early childhood education for 16 years. A credentialed elementary and secondary teacher, he is the author of Difficult Behavior in Early Childhood and The One-Minute Temper Tantrum Solution (2006 and 2008, Corwin Press). He wrote the Asian Pacific Islander Parent Education Support curriculum (DHS-San Francisco, 1996).

Sarah F. Mahurt is the director of the Purdue Literacy Collaborative and associate professor of literacy and language at Purdue. Through her leadership, the Purdue Literacy Collaborative has trained more than 80 literacy coordinators to be literacy leaders and coaches in their schools. This project has reached more than 800 teachers who are improving their teaching of literacy and student achievement in literacy.
