Jerry M. Jailall recently served as the state coordinator for the federal Comprehensive School Reform program and as a Title 1 Consultant at the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction. He has worked with 172 elementary, middle, and high schools implementing school reform initiatives. He previously coordinated the NC School Improvement Grants program in 107 school districts under the standards-based GOALS 2000 federal initiative.

Executive Director of the K-12 Neuse Charter School in North Carolina, USA. She
is a school transformation expert and has served for over 15 years as a school
principal and as a teacher in several schools and districts in the USA. She
previously served as the Learning Disabilities Consultant at the NC Department
of Public Instruction. She
Charles M. Jaksec III has served as a school social worker in The Hillsborough County School District for 21 years and has been a member of the district’s crisis intervention team for 18 years. He serves as the chairperson of the district’s Bullying Committee and is a member of the district’s Violence Prevention Committee.
Danielle James is a graduate of Western Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Education. She has taught primary grades across the state of North Carolina. Danielle now enjoys consulting with classroom teachers to model literacy instruction for successful implementation.
Paula Jameson Whitney has been an educator for 21 years. During that time, she has been a middle school teacher of language arts, ESL, and social science; middle school vice principal; elementary school principal; and central office director of learning support and categorical programs.
Rita Janes has spent a lifetime as a teacher. She taught at all levels of schooling, including the teaching of mathematics and mathematics education for pre-service teachers. She served as mathematics professional development consultant at the district level with responsibilities from kindergarten to grade 12.
Natalie Rodriguez Jansorn is a state and district facilitator of the National Network of Partnership Schools at Johns Hopkins University. In this capacity, she assists state, district, and organization leaders in establishing school, family, and community partnership programs to support students’ school success. She is an experienced speaker at conferences on partnerships.
