Workshops

  • Building Your Capacity as Instructional Leaders: Creating Feedback that Feeds Forward: During these sessions observers/coaches will work with Patrick to build capacity and improve practice in a) observation and evidence collection, b) analysis of educator effectiveness, and c) methods for providing effective feedback, all towards a calibration of practice.
  • Collegial Calibrations: Through this embedded, small group model, evaluators are given specific guidance on how to collect quality evidence of teacher performance and practice, communicate opportunities for teacher growth through written and verbal feedback, and design professional development to support high leverage skill development.
