Within our PLC+, we must combine our collective evidence to ensure a clear picture of our impact on student learning. We must determine if any students are being underserved as well as identify our successes to replicate. Finally, we measure the collective impact of our actions.

Successful PLC+ implementation is journey, not an event. There are many challenges and obstacles PLC+ teams will face throughout their journey. One of the core values of PLC+ is Activation and ensuring that adult learning is at the forefront of all PLC+ meetings.
